本公司研发生产的BKDL(-90~-100℃)，（-100~-130℃）低温冷阱机，及BKDB（-80~-130℃）低温捕集泵，均为非共沸混合工质自然复叠制冷循环。压缩主机及制冷附件，采用原装进口名牌产品，混合工质各组分均为100%全无氟绿色环保制冷剂，由于本公司BKL，BKB系列产品采用半封闭型式大大降低了制冷剂的泄露率，又运用了水冷式过冷器等技术更加宽了产品的工作环境温区。（环境温度最高可达45℃）

在分子泵和油扩散泵抽空系统中，影响真空度和抽空速度主要是水蒸气和其他高沸点气体（如返油蒸汽，CO2）低温冷阱主要用于分子泵，油扩散泵抽空系统。其工作原理与低温捕集泵相似，主要是快速凝结抽空系统中的水蒸气和其他高沸点气体，减少扩散泵返油造成的真空室污染，提高抽空系统的抽速，提高系统真空度。一般用于对真空度和洁净度要求比较高的镀膜系统，对于分子泵或油扩散泵抽空系统，可以在不对现有真空系统进行大的改造基础上（只增加一个法兰挡板），提高机组工作效率。
